In their search for the seriousness of life, the children discovered that it is not so serious and that they will have a lot of fun.

The principal then welcomed the new students and their parents and at the end of her speech announced the long-awaited moment: The handing over of the Zuckertüten. With eyes wide and shining with joy, all 23 first graders were allowed to take the stage one by one and receive the highlight of this special day. But that was not the end of the story. The second big event was already waiting for the children outside the doors of the gymnasium. The fire department had come to drive them to school with a tattoo. There the school beginners were shown the new classroom and of course there were all kinds of presents again. The satchels and school supplies, which are now part of the daily equipment, were also ready. Finally, they said goodbye with a first class photo together and the anticipation of seeing each other again on the following Monday.
